SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, the website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.
Orders must be placed by 13:59 (1:59PM) CDT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
We (www.saffron-cosmetics.com) know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is Order Processing Time + Delivery Time.
All shipping will be made through our courier partners.
In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order. Generally, items ship as soon as possible.
Customs taxes according to the nature of each country shall be borne by the customer and he must be aware of its details according to his country.
When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. Please refer to your tracking information to get an estimate on when you will receive your item(s).
Business Days & Holidays
All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
For Standard 5 Day shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day Shipping: orders must be placed by 11:59pm Central Time (CDT) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

A standard delivery cost will free to the products.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
The majority of our orders are shipped within 5 business days after the order has been placed.
The email will contain shipment details and your tracking number.

Products purchased from a 3rd party store, kiosk or distributor salon must be returned to the same place you bought them, and all returns and exchanges are subject to individual store policy.
