Products purchased from a 3rd party store, kiosk or distributor salon must be returned to the same place you bought them, and all returns and exchanges are subject to individual store policy.

Our team is spending a lot of resources to target unauthorized online resellers and remove Saffron Cosmetics products from these websites.

The products coming from these websites could be previously opened, expired and unsafe to use.

Only authorized Saffron cosmetic dealers are committed to providing superior service and upholding the company’s standards.

Saffron Cosmetics does not have any Affiliated with these websites.

Consumers who have purchased from unauthorized sellers report problems contacting these unauthorized sellers for post-sale support, and in some instances have even experienced credit card fraud as a result of attempting to purchase from unauthorized sellers.
